                    技  术  要  求   

A.本产品严格按照JB/7261标准及本图样设计制造。   
B.芯体采用真空钎焊；其它部件接合采用氩弧焊接，要求焊缝无气孔缺陷，焊缝外观平     直、光滑。   
C.散热翅片外观喷银灰色，外观美观；内部不能有杂物，除水份并干燥处理。   
D.换热器工作压力设计2.0Mp,内通道水压试验压力为3.0Mp,持压20分钟。气密性试验压力   1.6Mp，检测15分钟，均不得有任何渗漏。   
E.电源电压测试正常，电机正常运转，不允许任何漏电，采用3C/CE认证电机。   
F.安装外壳美观，焊接牢固，不能有脱焊和明显变形现象。
