2,产品特性：高亮光/平光哑光,附着力佳,快干,耐溶剂,耐高温,耐摩擦,耐酸碱,抗腐蚀,耐水煮,耐刮伤环保无卤素。
3,稀释剂：用我司B-03稀释剂或783开油,用718洗网水清洗网版。
4,固化剂：单组份使用,也可选择添加我司JS-10固化剂用于增加油墨附着力及物理化学抗性。
5,油墨调配方法：开罐先搅拌均匀,取所需量油墨稀释到合适印刷粘度。如需添加固化剂,先加固化剂搅拌后静置10分钟,待油墨与固化剂完全交联后再进行稀释。
6,干燥时间：常温干燥,表干时间5-10分钟,实干时间在24小时以内,80℃烘烤20分钟可快速干燥。
7,添加固化剂后的使用时限：4-6小时,过期请弃用,剩余油墨不可回收。
【性能检测】
1,3M胶带划百格测试：无脱落
2,耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3,耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回200次无脱色。
【注意事项】
1,先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2,做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作,以促进附着效果。
3,附着力,硬度,耐酸性,耐酒精性,耐化学品性,抗划伤性,耐磨性等性能的检测,
需要完全固化后方可检测。
4,未经允许情况下,不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5,油墨,稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
