Case story:
2014年3月出厂发往中国云南的两套斗山420的岩石臂！这两套岩石臂，应客户要求，整套的整体的重量大约在18吨的左右！我们为客户全部改装了四支油缸，还给客户加了五吨的配重，基本都达到了这个机型所能承受的大的极限了！当时适逢中国云南那里降温也下雨，连续下了一个多星期的雨，所以在现场一直都没能够顺利的安装，持续的安装时间大约在15天左右的时间，花费了比以往要多了5倍的时间。
特点：
1. 岩石臂又称鹰嘴臂，我们在大小臂内部加入了铁砂混凝土，变成了坚固的实心，
2. 由于臂的内部填充物和长度都进行了改变，所以它的挖掘力度能够进行成倍增加。
效果：
我们大约的粗略的估算了一下，斗山420改装的岩石臂，它的破碎力度可以达到了斗山225带破碎锤的破碎力度，至于效率，不夸张的讲，相当于4-6台带破碎锤挖机的效率，一条岩石臂工作能满足两台20吨左右挖机同时装车。由于对臂的各方面的进行改装，我们发觉岩石臂如果重量过重对挖掘机本身是有一定的损伤的，但是损伤基本上不是太大。45吨左右的挖机好能控制在16吨以下。既能挖机运转速度和使用性能，又能保护好挖机机身以及零部件。
