管夹滑动支座_Z3管夹滑动支座，由管夹×2、支座×1，PTFE（聚四氟乙烯）板×1，滑动底板×1，以及螺栓螺母组合而成，主要工艺为弯制和焊接，管夹滑动支座可根据需要及适用温度采用不同的材料进行制作，所以其产品标号分为H（12Cr1MoV，高耐热温度555°C）、R（20#钢，高耐热450°C）、S（Q235B，高耐热300°C）三种。管夹滑动支座的设计标准见于西北电力设计院1983年颁布的《汽水管道支吊架设计手册》。使用时需注意：当支座放于支墩或钢结构支架上，支座的滑动底板与根部之间如需用垫铁调整高度时，应将滑动底板垫紧找平，垫铁与根部及垫铁与滑动底板之间均应焊牢。在焊接时，应将滑动板（聚四氟乙烯板）暂时取掉，待焊完后才垫入。标号示例：Dw=355.6，t=540°C，标号为Z3.355H。
