　　由此可见，供油状况不良，窜气严重，零件过大的接触应力破坏油膜，是造成拉缸的主要原因。除了润滑、配合间隙、零件制造质量外，使用不当也可能造成柴油发电机组拉缸故障，具体地说有如下几点:
　　1.活塞与气缸套配合间隙过小，或在正式带负荷工作以前没有经过良好的磨合。
　　2.润滑不良，如间隙小、机油稀或在装配时未涂油等。
　　3.柴油机过热。
　　4.装配时机体不清洁或活塞装得太死。
　　5.活塞及活塞环质量差。
　　从使用的角度讲，还要注意尽量避免突然增加负荷或紧急停车，起动前好用摇把将曲轴转动几圈，使磨擦表面保持一定的润滑油。
